Moving Parts

It was a movie about a cave man, quite simple.

Had wooly mammoths, stuck shag all over elephants.

A bit of a mockery, tusks as teeth in mouth of tiger.

He didn’t use words so dialogue was, easy, grunt stuff.

Was shunned by his tribe for being weird, went alone.

He was old enough to know what went where, sexual.

Those scenes were unscripted actresses had to improvise.

The contract said clearly he would stop if they said “no”.

It was controversial when it came out, as you can imagine.

Primitives were pretty rough and rugged, all were conflicted.

Other bits were animated, green scenes and extinct species.

Like in the end when the sabre tooth struck, intestines trailing.

Everything has to eat and there are many forms of hunger.
